The location was great, offering various dining options. Unfortunately, the first room provided was poorly designed for accessibility, creating a dangerous shower situation. After switching rooms, we were finally comfortable, although the chaotic management made for a frustrating stay. amenities aren't as advertised.

The pools were nice and enjoyable, a great spot for families to relax after a day out.

I was surprised to find that the main bedroom didn’t have air conditioning, which made for a warm night.

Had a great time with friends! The pools are awesome, especially the lagoon pool. Lots of nearby restaurants ensured we always had a bite to eat. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the tour desk helped us plan our visits to theme parks and other nearby attractions.

One thing to note, the room we had didn't have a desk, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for planning our daily adventures and keeping things organized.
